The Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) and the Peachtree Center, the iconic office development in Downtown Atlanta, enter the third year of the PRISM: winter lights, a two-month exhibition curated by Dashboard that features light-based works by national and local artists. This year, PRISM has been expanded to include works of art in the plaza in the Peachtree Center in Next to Woodruff Park.

“We are excited to extend this stunning light installation to the iconic Peachtree Center downtown,” said AJ Robinson, president of the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and Central Atlanta Progress. “This year we have two programmed rooms for friends and family to gather outside during the Christmas season to celebrate the imagination and creativity of high-level public art.”

The third year of PRISM: winter lights will show large-format works of art by Dan Lam and Fabian Williams at the north end of Woodruff Park by the International Fountain of Peace. The north end of the park is also lit by a text-based neon artwork curated by Alice Lovelace that includes words from one of Atlanta’s most famous female poets, Theresa Davis.
